I became a Recruiter to share my experience in military with others. I enjoy being able to help people imporve their lives and better themselves. I enjoy talking with people about the Guard and sharing with them the great opportunities the Guard has. I truly believe the Guard and the Military in general changes peoples lives and can open doors and provide life long experiences. I feel the same when I started as I do today. I guess success as a Recruiter may be measured by others differently than I do. I feel that I am successful as a Recruiter.
