Recruit Sustainment Program

Mission - The Army National Guard (ARNG) Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) prepares ARNG Soldiers for the successful completion of Basic Combat Training (BCT) and subsequent Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) qualification.

The RSP encourages Soldiers, through self development, to integrate potential applicants and advance both in rank and knowledge prior to BCT.

The combined efforts of full-time recruiters and RSP staff members ensure Soldiers are administratively screened, mentally prepared, and physically fit for the rigors of Basic Training.

Return to the home page and contact a recruiter for additional information.
